The works must be submitted between 21 June and 2 July 2010.
Deliveries will only be accepted on workdays from 10 am to 4 pm.
Please make sure that you make the appropriate arrangements. red dot will not be responsible for failed deliveries.
Preparing and submitting the work
Adverts, newspaper and magazine titles, magazine entries, newspaper and magazine design, illustrations, photography, stamps, banknotes, typographies, book covers, one-time graphic works, as well as other two-dimensional works not listed here:
Mount on black, matt photo paper (300 g/sqm):
format DIN A2 horizontal (594 x 420 mm).
For work (e.g. campaigns) consisting of a series of photos, please indicate the sequence on the back (e.g. 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4) of each piece. Attach identification label on the back side of the work.
Posters
Posters must be submitted in tubes.

Books

Identifying your package
Please print out the label document that you will receive by e-mail after the registration.
The label document contains the key information for identifying your to-be-submitted package: PI code for identifying your work, the applicant, and the title of the work. The document also indicates whether a return shipment (for a fee) is desired.
Cut out the labels according to the marking and attach as follows:
- one label for each registered work
- one label on each package used to send in the work
Please attach the labels on the back side of the works.
If you are submitting more than one work, ensure that the labels correspond to the right work.
